ApproachWhat it means for you
Quote-only platforms Several established platforms publish no price at all — pricing comes only through a sales process, often billed per vendor record, per property, per year, with implementations measured in weeks or months.
Vendor-funded platforms Some platforms are free to the management company because vendors pay an annual enrollment fee for each management company they work with (third-party listings put this at roughly $49–$149 per vendor, per company, per year). A vendor who works with five firms can pay five fees — and vendors are vocal about resenting it.
VendorPass One published monthly price, paid by the management firm. Vendors pay $0. No per-property enrollment fees passed down the chain.

Pricing questions

Is there a setup fee?

Self-serve plans have no setup fee. If you'd like help importing a large existing vendor list or migrating records from spreadsheets, that's available as a one-time onboarding service — quoted up front before any work begins.

What counts as a "vendor"?

A vendor company in your directory. Individual contacts at the same company don't count separately.

What happens when my trial ends?

You choose a plan and add a payment method, or you don't — there's no card on file to charge. If you walk away, you can export your records first.

Are we locked into a contract?

Plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime; your data export remains available so you're never held hostage by your own vendor records.
